Yesterday was my second day at work. Went pretty fast. Its real good being able to have responisblity and do "office" work. At my old job we just done the basic things but now im doing things that a real duty manager does. Im lovin it.
I finshed work at 4pm on a saturday thats been a first in ages where I have finished that early. On my way home I picked up my friend Whenua to drop hin off at Te Iti Kahurangi ball to celebrate their 10th birthday. That was his first ball he had ever been to so it was cool to be able to catch up with him at that time. Then I went to my friends house to catch up with my old school friends. Its always co to catch up with them and reminize on school days.
I was meant to go to the ball for Te Iti Kahurangi but I didnt feel confortable in going becauee it brought up old memories about kapa haka nationals 2009 . I felt pretty alone then got ready for my first performance on a national stage by myself. All my "friends" already had thier ways of getting ready and had new friends too. So once the performance and prize giving was over i got a ride back to Hamilton because i didnt want to "party" with people who made me feel alone. I have never really disscused this with anyone so i thought why not blog it haha coz at least its out of my system but only those who choose to read it will know.
